Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:

Pursuant to the provisions of article 18 of the  Law n.º 144/2015 , of 8 September, in the current wording, in case of dispute or dissatisfaction with the service provided, the consumer may resort to the Center for Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes - CIAB with the website www. ciab.pt , of which the Mediator is a member.
